Support Oklahoma's Fire Departments with Benefits
by Jerrad Van Coots
Oklahoma's volunteer firefighters are there when we need them. We get in a wreck or have something that catches fire, our local firefighters stop what they're doing and come to out to help. So when do they need us? Usually its some form of support. Counties in Oklahoma have done a real good job of responding to this need for support and passed sales taxes that will get some money to these departments. Often the money is just enough for gas and other operational expenses.
What does the benefit look like?
VFIS of Oklahoma has provided benefits to volunteer firefighters in Oklahoma for 30 years. We offer an Accident and Sickness policy for departments that paid once a year by the department that offers an array of benefits that is pivotal for firefighter is they become hurt in the line of duty. Its includes everything from accidental death to disability payments.
*There is without a doubt not a better donation you can offer than this program for your local department.
